Drill your board, while strictly respecting the given dimensions, then simply fix the handle onto the board with Expoxy resin.
In order to avoid resin over-heating or a stress on the handle's shape, we strongly advise to fill the handle with cold water while proceeding with the glueing/fixing of the handle onto the board.
